Group Tours<\/h3>\n

    Free cancellation<\/strong> is available up to 24 hours before pickup<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance<\/strong> will incur a USD 50 fee per person<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    No-shows<\/strong> will be charged the full tour price<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Private Tours<\/h3>\n

      ‘Grandes Marcas’ Tours<\/h3>\n

      Special cancellation conditions apply to high-demand winery tours:<\/p>\n

        Catena Zapata<\/strong> & El Enemigo<\/strong>: Full refund up to 8 days<\/strong> before the tour. For groups of 9 or more<\/strong>, cancellations must be made at least 15 days<\/strong> in advance.<\/p><\/li>

      • Ang\u00e9lica Restaurant<\/strong> & Piedra Infinita (Zuccardi)<\/strong>: Full refund up to 48 hours<\/strong> prior to the tour date.<\/p><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        Bookings via Viator<\/h3>\n

        If you booked your tour through Viator<\/strong>, you must cancel directly through their platform<\/strong>. We are unable to process changes or refunds for third-party bookings.<\/p>\n

        Last-Minute Cancellations<\/h3>\n

        In the event of unforeseen circumstances<\/strong>, such as illness, we may offer flexibility during the low season<\/strong>. However, please note that in high season<\/strong>, standard cancellation charges will apply due to limited availability and high demand.<\/p>\n
