Free cancellation is available up to 24 hours before pickup.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will incur a USD 50 fee per person.
No-shows will be charged the full tour price.

Special cancellation conditions apply to high-demand winery tours:
Catena Zapata & El Enemigo: Full refund up to 8 days before the tour. For groups of 9 or more, cancellations must be made at least 15 days in advance.
Angélica Restaurant & Piedra Infinita (Zuccardi): Full refund up to 48 hours prior to the tour date.
If you booked your tour through Viator, you must cancel directly through their platform. We are unable to process changes or refunds for third-party bookings.
In the event of unforeseen circumstances, such as illness, we may offer flexibility during the low season. However, please note that in high season, standard cancellation charges will apply due to limited availability and high demand.
