Michelini i Mufatto is a boutique family winery based in Gualtallary, in the remote area of La Cautiva, at more than 1,600 meters above sea level in the Uco Valley. Founded by Gerardo Michelini, Andrea Mufatto, and their son Manuel, the project is driven by a deep respect for terroir, working with organic practices and minimal intervention to craft wines that reflect purity, tension, and a strong sense of place.

The winery focuses on varietals like Malbec, Cabernet Franc, Semillón, and Chardonnay, using native yeasts, concrete vessels, and gentle extraction to preserve the character of each plot.
