Zorzal Wines is a boutique winery located in Gualtallary, in the heights of the Uco Valley, at around 1,350 metersabove sea level. Founded by the Michelini brothers in 2007, the project focuses on minimal intervention and a deep respect for the terroir, using native yeasts, concrete eggs, and gravitational flow to preserve purity. The vineyard’s limestone-rich soils and cool climate give life to expressive, mineral-driven wines based on Malbec, Pinot Noir, Cabernet Franc, and Chardonnay.

The experience at Zorzal includes visits to the organic vineyards, the gravity-fed multi-level winery, and tastings of key labels like Terroir Único, Gran Terroir, and the innovative EGGO line.
