Experience a horseback ride in the Andes Mountain at Valle de Uco.

Uco Valley has both altitude and attitude and is certainly one of the most interesting and stunning areas to enjoy a tour in Mendoza.

Our guide picks you up at 8.20 am at your hotel and we drive south for 90 minutes.

We arrive at el Manzano Histórico, Tunuyán.  Here we mount Argentine criolla breed horses and explore the Andes .We spend the day in a unique micro-climate of hills and some of the highest mountains and volcanoes in the World . Your 2.5-hour horseback ride starts at the foot of the Andean mountain range in the Uco Valley. After 60 minutes, we reach 2,200 meters above sea level (San Pedro-Cerro de La Cruz), with breath-taking views of the Valley; you can easily spot wildlife such as foxes, hares, eagles and condors. Here you have time to enjoy the views and a glass of wine with some local charcuterie and cheeses.

The 2.30 hours horse ride is followed by a multicourse lunch at a winery at Domaine Bousquet, located close to the town of Tupungato. This large, French-owned winery has a warm, welcoming restaurant with terrace and commanding views of the Andes and the vineyards. Here we try an exquisite 4-course lunch paired with 4 wines from their premium selection. Return to Mendoza at approx 6.00pm.

In the afternoon, we go back to your hotel where you can have a late siesta after an exhilarating day in Mendoza´s Mountain.

Return to Mendoza at 6.00pm
