Terms and Conditions of Booking
Welcome to Trout & Wine. By making a reservation on our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. We recommend that you read this section carefully before proceeding with your purchase.

1. General Provisions

1.1 These terms and conditions apply to all reservations and services provided by Trout & Wine.
1.2 By placing a reservation, the client agrees to abide by these terms.

2. Reservations

2.1 To confirm a reservation, you must complete the online booking form and make the corresponding payment.
2.2 The client must provide accurate and complete information when booking, including contact details and preferences.

3. Prices and Payments

3.1 Tour prices are listed on the website and include all applicable taxes and fees unless stated otherwise.
3.2 Full payment is required at the time of booking unless a different payment arrangement is specified.
3.3 We accept payments by credit card, bank transfer, and other methods specified on the payment page.

4. Modification and Cancellation of Reservations

4.1 Group Tours – Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the tour start incur no charge. Cancellations within 24 hours are subject to the penalty outlined in our cancellation policy.

4.2 Private Tours – Cancellations made at least 5 days in advance incur no charge. Cancellations with less than 5 days’ notice carry a USD 150 penalty.

4.3 Specific Wineries (Catena, El Enemigo, Viña Cobos, Piedra Infinita, Angelica Zapata Restaurant, and Salentein) – Bookings are refundable only with 10 days’ notice. Cancellations outside this window are charged the full amount set by the wineries.

4.4 If Trout & Wine cancels a tour due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, force majeure, etc.), the client may choose a full refund or a rescheduled date at no additional cost.

5. Client Responsibilities

5.1 Clients must arrive at the designated meeting point on time. A delay of 10–15 minutes may result in missing the tour, with no refund granted.
5.2 Clients must follow the guide’s instructions and comply with safety rules during the tour.
5.3 Clients are responsible for their personal belongings during the tour. The company is not liable for loss or theft.

6. Company Liability

6.1 The company commits to providing the service as described on the website and as agreed with the client.
6.2 The company is not liable for unforeseen or external conditions (weather, accidents, delays, etc.) that may affect the tour.
6.3 The company accepts no responsibility for accidents or injuries that may occur during the tour.

7. Travel Insurance

7.1 We strongly recommend that clients obtain travel insurance covering accidents, cancellations, or any inconvenience during the tour.

8. Tour Conditions

8.1 Tours may be modified or canceled if weather conditions are adverse. In such cases, alternative activities or refunds are offered, provided the tour has not started.
8.2 The company reserves the right to adjust the itinerary for operational reasons without refund, as long as the change is of equal or superior value to the contracted service.

9. Personal Data Protection

9.1 The company is committed to protecting the privacy and security of client data.
9.2 Data provided during booking will be used solely for managing the reservation and related communication.

10. Intellectual Property

10.1 All website content—including images, descriptions, logos, and trademarks—is the property of Trout & Wine or its respective owners and is protected by intellectual-property laws.

Amendments to the Terms and Conditions

Trout & Wine reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the website.
