Your private driver and guide will pick you up at 08:30 AM from your hotel for a scenic 1.5-hour drive south of Mendoza into La Carrera, a breathtaking high-altitude mountain valley in the Andes. Upon arrival at 10:00 AM, you will be welcomed with freshly brewed coffee and traditional homemade pastries.

At 10:30 AM, embark on your chosen morning activity, horseback riding, a 4×4 tour, trekking, cycling, or yoga, with a delightful pause at a panoramic viewpoint to savor gourmet cheeses and fine wine. Returning to the estate manor at 01:00 PM, you will prepare freshly made empanadas, followed at 01:30 PM by a four-course gourmet asado lunch featuring premium cuts of meat, grilled vegetables, fresh salads, and high-end wines.

After dessert, gather around the fireplace for post-meal conversations until 05:00 PM, when farewell coffee and pastries are served. Finally, enjoy a comfortable drive back with drop-off at your hotel at approximately 05:30 PM.
