Guide picks you up between 8.20/8.40 am at your hotel and drives 90 minutes to "SuperUco", the owners are the well-known Michelini Brothers together with Daniel Sanmartino who forged this project with a complex architecture linked to sustainable practices. It has high-quality wines recognized worldwide. We continue into the valley and arrive at "Bianchi Valle de Uco", they are a Winery with Family Heritage that is projected with its values ​​of tradition, quality, prestige, innovation, and contemporaneity in Argentine viticulture. Lunch is at "Claroscuro", located close to the town of Vista Flores. Here we sit down to enjoy a multiple course lunch, each course paired to a particular wine.. Here we have a 8-course lunch the winery’s restaurant with panoramic views of the vineyards and mountains.
Return to Mendoza at 6.30 pm.
